Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload independently from intake through settlement or trial 
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and handle discovery 
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings 
• Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel 
• Collaborate with firm leadership to develop case strategy
  

What We Offer:

• Under 3 years experience: $75K- $95K base salary with quarterly bonus
• 3-5 yrs litigation experience: $100K – $125K base salary with quarterly bonus
• 5+ years litigation experience: $150K+ (DOE) base salary with quarterly bonus

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in Georgia and/or South Carolina 
• 5+ years of experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, or civil litigation 
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills 
• Proven ability to manage cases independently 
• Trial experience is a plus 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
