We are seeking two experienced attorneys to join our team:
Workers’ Compensation Attorney – to handle all aspects of workers’ compensation claims from intake through resolution.
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload independently from intake through settlement or trial
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and handle discovery
Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings
Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
Collaborate with firm leadership to develop case strategy
Qualifications:
Active license to practice law in Georgia and/or South Carolina
5+ years of experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, or civil litigation
Strong litigation and negotiation skills
Proven ability to manage cases independently
Trial experience is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
What We Offer:
Under 3 years experience: $75K- $95K base salary with quarterly bonus
3-5 yrs litigation experience: $100K – $125K base salary with quarterly bonus
5+ years litigation experience: $150K+ (DOE) base salary with quarterly bonus
